Be a part of one of the largest growing races as thousands of Santas will run through the park of Cedar Point at the Fifth Annual Santa Hustle 5k & Half Marathon at Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
Every participant will receive a Santa hat, beard, lightweight performance hoodie and NEW FOR 2016, a finisher medal for 5K and Half Marathon. Come on out to experience the outrageous holiday decorations, festive music, and a large after party!

Teen Leadership Corps is the premier organization for empowering student leaders through service education. We assist in developing our youth to lead, serve, and inspire the world. Teen Leadership Corps strives for every community to receive the benefits from high school community service programs. Teen Leadership Corps will provide the financial and educational means necessary for secondary schools to incorporate academic community service programs into the mainstream curriculum.

Donation Boxes will be available at the race. Participants and spectators are encouraged to donate new, unopened toys. All donations go directly to children in need.
Race Packet Pick-Up will take place on Saturday and Race Day.

The Santa Hustle 5k and Half Marathon is an officially timed event using the disposable B-Tag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event.
In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bibs is:
There will be timing clocks at a few mile markers along the course and the start and finish lines.
Results will be posted on-site, as soon as possible following the event and official results will be posted on our website within 24 hours.
The start and finish will be at Cedar Point Parking Lot.
Parking will be available at Cedar Point for Free or a shuttle service will be offered from Castaway Bay to Cedar Point and Back.
The top 3 Male & Female Finishers in each age group for the 5K and Half Marathon will receive a customized Santa Hustle medal. The top three overall Male and Female Finishers will receive a personalized award.
Age groups/divisions are as follows:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.
Awards will be mailed out after the New Year.
All Finishers will receive either this awesome half marathon or 5K finisher’s medal! Medals designed by the Runolution

Gear Check will be available for all participants at the race starting at 7:00 AM. Please use the provided tear off on your race bib to use when you check your personal items. Any gear not picked up by 1:00 PM on race day will be transported to our main office in Palatine, IL. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
Strollers and walkers are allowed for BOTH the 5k and Half Marathon. Dogs are NOT allowed. Strollers and walkers will need to start behind all the runners.

Since Santa Claus has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesn’t.
