Since Santa has many upfront costs for each race, he does have a uniform and strict policy of no refunds, transfers, or deferrals to a future year. Yes, plans do change, holiday season springs many festive activities, and various situations come up, but we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of an arbitrary line of who merits a refund and who doesn’t. All transactions and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding. To sum it up, there are no refunds, exchanges, or deferrals.
